Sparkling process: charmat process in sealed steel tanks under controlled temperature using selected yeasts, permanence on thin dregs.

Alcohol content: 11.5% vol.

Ideal serving temperature: 8-9°C

Tasting notes: flowers aromas, hints of rose petals and notes of berries; good acidity, balanced by a pleasant softness and a good structure.

Pairings: fine as an aperitif, it is at its best throughout the meal, ideal for a fish menu.
